Hangab Yoga

 

The spezial Hangab-Lift, designed and developed by Harmut Bez, makes it possible to pull yourself up. Actually that is where it all come from. As a tree climber Harmut first hang himself hooked with the knees from branches (like we all did when we were children) and wanted to let go the physical holding and the fear of falling. Thats how he startet to develop first an easy climing knot system and for a year only pulled himsef up. Only with a sling arround the feet, the benefits for his pain in the back was bigger than the pain in the feet. And so it all started...

 

Now we have special boots and a pulley system and can practice Yoga in a save gently stretched hanging position, with no need of holding...and that is really playful.

 

 

 

You have probably never experienced inversion in such a slow, deep, long and comfortable way.

 

 

 

With different twists, swings, active and passive postures, it is a journey inside yourself, out of time and space.

 

When totally up, it feels like weightless flying and floating in the air. The spine and ligaments get stretched, the discs find space to regenerate, all joints (hips, knees shoulders…) get space, inner organs, chest and belly can relax and release tension. The self healing power gets highly activated and the body newly aligned. It is a very effective kind of Yoga, good to get rid of physical/mental blockages and old emotions. A very deep and enjoyable letting go experience between heaven and earth!

 

 

 

Landing back on the ground, savasana(Yoga relaxation) is even deeper, you are totally inside, calm and present...
